Plotting revenge, Destro ordered Zartan to disguise himself as a truck driver at the Tri Fighter factory.  Zartan stole the delivery truck and instead of more Tri Fighters getting delivered to the battlefield, Zartan drove them straight to Destro's warehouse. Destro reverse engineered and manufactured the "Tri Winder". He equipped them with the same powerful experimental 700cc two stroke engines. With 86 horsepower, they are not for the faint of heart. Capable of reaching speeds of over 120 mph, they could also quickly penetrate GI Joe battle zones! Using the handlebar mounted brake to begin a controlled spin, they open up fire with their powerful twin laser cannons to obliterate the Joe's!
